Marketplace terms

    Who we are

    The e-foil.mu Marketplace is a matchmaking service for used eFoils, operated by Onyx Dynamics Ltd, Mauritius. We connect buyers and sellers worldwide; we are not a party to the sale itself.

  2. 02

    Your listing content

    By submitting a listing you grant Onyx Dynamics Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish, advertise and share the content you upload — photos, descriptions and specifications — on e-foil.mu and in our marketing channels (search listings, social media, ads, newsletters). You confirm you own the item and the content, or are authorised to sell and share them. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.

  3. 03

    Your contact details stay private

    We never share your full name or contact details with the other party or anyone else. The only exception: after a successful match and payment of the applicable fees, we share what is needed to complete the transaction — with the matched party only.

  4. 04

    Fees

    Listing, browsing and waitlist requests are free. On a successful match the seller pays the matching fee published on our pricing page, deducted at settlement. There is no escrow service at launch; payment terms for the item itself are agreed between buyer and seller.

  5. 05

    Our role and limits

    We review listings for plausibility, relay messages between the two sides, and coordinate the match. We do not take custody of goods or funds, and we give no warranty on the item, its condition or the counterparty. Inspect before you pay — our safety page shows how.

  6. 06

    Moderation

    We may edit, reject or remove listings that break the seller rules, look implausible, or that we cannot verify. Our decision on publication is final.

  7. 07

    Questions and removal requests: [email protected]. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. Mauritian law governs. Our general website terms and privacy policy apply alongside these marketplace terms.
